Shipping Policy
In order to ensure your utmost satisfaction, we currently carry all local deliveries by our own fleet while internationally we work with some of the best and quickest courier companies like UPS & Aramex.
UAE Deliveries
*For orders within Dubai (Dubai Addresses only) we will deliver the same day with the exception of orders placed on Fridays which will be delivered by 12 noon on the following Saturday. We aim to deliver all Same Day Deliveries by 8pm that day.
Should you require a Friday delivery or an express 2 hour delivery please contact us at info@juniorcouture.com and we will do our best to fulfill your request. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and dependent on our courier availability.
**For all other UAE addresses (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah & Umm Al Quwain), all orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery in UAE, with the exception of Thursday which will arrive on Saturday. Should you require express same day delivery please contact us and we will do our best to fulfill it.
All orders will require a signature as proof of delivery.
Orders placed outside of our ordinary working hours (Saturday to Thursday – 9am to 6pm) or after the cut of time and/or on ant UAE public Holiday will be processed the next UAE working day. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge if the order is not accepted at the address supplied.
Delivery to other GCC Countries.
For delivery to GCC countries this will typically take between 1 to 3 days depending on the country and the customs clearance.
International Delivery outside the GCC
For International orders outside of the GCC your order will be dispatched the same day up until the cut off at 2pm and will be fulfilled by UPS typically in 2 days.
We will send tracking details by email for your order as soon as we dispatch it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you do not receive your order.
Tax and Customs Duty
For selected countries Junior Couture will automatically pay any tax or customs duty applied, therefore the amount you pay on check out is the final amount, your parcel will be delivered as DDP or delivery duty paid.
For some countries this isn't possible and you will have to pay import duty and tax on arrival, if this is the case your parcel will be held until it has been paid. If charges are not paid your parcel may be destroyed and Junior Couture will have no liability towards this.
