RETURN POLICY

Here at Junior Couture, we take pride in our brands & products and hope you do too!

Our aim is for you to be completely happy with your order, but if you are not & wish to return the item(s) to us, please do so within 21 days of receiving your order – (subject to the terms and conditions below).

 

EXCHANGE

We do not offer exchanges, we advise you to place a new order and request a return/ refund on your original order as the item(s) may sell out in the time it takes for us to receive your return. Please note that we cannot reserve any item(s).

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS TO US

  • Please email us at info@juniorcouture.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Should you require us to arrange a return collection then please confirm with our team, who will book the return labels & share them with you. This service has a charge which will be deducted from the total value of the returned item(s) – depending on the country and currency paid.
  • Please note that it is the customers' responsibility to return the item(s) to us within 21 days of receiving the order. Any items received after 21 days will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
  • If you wish to return within Dubai, our team will arrange to send one of our fleet of drivers to collect the item (s) from you for a fee of 20AED or alternatively you can visit our store free of charge.
  • All returns should be via a traceable method as we are not responsible for losses.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

  • Item(s) must be carefully packaged, in brand new condition, and showing no signs of corrosion with all labels and tags still attached.
  • Shoes must be in their original, undamaged box as they are considered part of the item.
  • Items returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted.
  • We will not accept products that have been used, damaged, washed, or poorly received.
  • lease note that we reserve the right to refuse returns should they be received after 21 days, or don’t comply with any of the above mentioned conditions.

 

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

  • Once your return is received & inspected, you will receive a confirmation email from one of our customer service representatives. 
  • If your order was pre-paid by Debit or Credit Card, the refund can be either credited to your e-wallet on our website or refunded to your bank account (previously used card only). Kindly note that the refund process may take anywhere from 3 to 7 working days till it reflects in your bank account.
  • Please note that this is only an estimate, and the processing time is dependent on the issuing bank, we suggest that you contact your bank directly if the refund takes longer than the specified timeframe.
  • If your order was placed as Cash on Delivery, then unfortunately we can’t refund cash payments & can only credit the amount to your e-wallet on our website which will be valid to use for 12 months.
