Returns Policy

Here at Junior Couture we take pride in our brands & products and hope you do too!

Our aim is for your to be completely satisfied and happy with you order but if for any reason you are not and wish to return an item then please do so within 14 days of delivery for a refund. If we do not receive the return within this time frame, unless previously agreed, regretfully we will be unable to honor our refunds policy. Please be aware that payments made using our cash on delivery service can only be refunded via a credit note for future use within our store, valid for 12 months.

How to Return

Please contact us at info@juniorcouture.com to let us know the items you wish to return. Please package all items carefully with each one in its original condition and with all labels and packaging attached, including hangers and plastic wrapping. Items should not show any signs of wear or damage. Should you require us to arrange a return collection then please let us know, this cost will be deducted from your refund. All returns should be via a traceable method as we are not responsible for losses. Any items received after 14 days will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Please note *Sale items must be returned within 7 working days for a refund or credit note.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Within 3 business days we will notify you that your refund has been processed to your original payment method. If you paid using "Cash on Delivery" the refund will be in the form of a credit note for a future purchase on the Junior Couture website.


Please place a new order for any items you wish to exchange and request a refund on your return as items may sell out in the time it takes us to receive your return. We are not able to hold items and cannot guarantee their availability.
